I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, even when just getting my teeth cleaned. Dr. Guerra and his staff are so kind and gentle and take such great care to make sure that I'm comfortable and pain free that my pre-visit anxiety level is almost gone. I used this site to see how other patients rated the dentists in Col Springs and based on their reviews, chose to "try again" with Dr. Guerra. I'm really glad that I did because I'm happy with the work they did and with my experience in their hands. I never imagined that I could get my teeth cleaned, a cavity filled and two crowns replaced and be ready to go back for more dental work! MW

Dr. Guerra is by far the best dentist I've been to. My last dentist (in a different state) did a horrible job on my fillings for my teeth and I had to deal with a lot of pain everytime I went to see him. Dr. Guerra removed my wisdom teeth and I felt NO PAIN AT ALL!!! I was amazed! He's very gentle, very friendly and I can't wait to see how great my teeth will look when everything I need is done! About Hygienist: All the ladies in the office are extremely friendly and willing to help. The hygienist that cleaned my teeth did an excellent job and was very gentle...I've never had such a good cleaning!!

A highly experienced dentist with a great attitude and truly exceptional staff! An absolute pleasure to work with!

A previous dentist said I needed significant dental work. However, as a relatively new Doc, he just didn't inspire confidence that ALL the work was really needed. I considered a new dentist.

I knew Fred Guerra as a fellow Hockey Dad, but I had not been his dental patient. I was aware he had significant experience as a dentist and dental clinic commander in the Air Force. Figuring I'd be living with my new dental work (crowns, overlays, replacement of old cracked silver fillings) for a few decades, I decided to switch to a seasoned professional.

One call to Dr Guerra's office and I knew I had made the right choice; the staff was very courteous and informative, explaining all insurance and financial aspects, and scheduling my appointments at convenient times.

The treatment by Dr Guerra and his talented people went as hoped; professional and confidence inspiring. Every person on his staff... dental techs, admin folks and hygienist... know their job thoroughly. Together, they form a wonderful, patient focused team. If you switch to Dr Guerra, you'll never regret it.

I have had quite a few procedures done by Dr. Guerra and all have come out excellent! I had a couple of pre exisiting crowns in my mouth from a previous dentist and needed another crown on another tooth. Allison picked out the shade of my new crown and it matched perfectly with my other crowns! I was very impressed and am going back to get the rest of my front that show crowned before college. Just by watching Dr. Guerra I have learned a lot about how to provide excellent patient care and great bedside manner. As I start my journey to become a clinical pharmacist I will take those lessons with me and treat my patients like Dr. Guerra treats his, with the upmost respect and compassion. I no longer dread going to the dentist as much as I used to and am looking forward to my new smile. And my favorite part about the office? No white walls!!

I have had many dentists as I've moved across the country, and Dr. Guerra is the best I have ever found. I have had several root canals and crowns, so I have experience with relatively major procedures. Dr. Guerra is the only person I trusted to renovate all of my top front teeth, and his work is amazing. The teetch are perfect, but not too perfect - they look 100% natural. Dr. Guerra and his staff are very hospitable, and I have never felt uncomfortable during any procedures. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr. Guerra to all my friends and family as the finest dentist that I know.

Each visit to Dr. Guerra's office has been an all around pleasant experince...starting with the staff.. email reminders of my appts, processing insurance and making me feel like a VIP.. Dr. Guerra is the best dentist I have had in my 54 years..gentle, always checking to make sure all is okay including a personal call from him after the procedures.. I have NEVER had another dentist call me personally to make sure I am satisfied and doing well..

My suddenly painful Root Canal and I found Dr. Guerra on this very page you are reading now, late on a friday afternoon. From a smiling Jennifer at the front desk to helpful Trynie taking my money at the end, I felt right at home. Dr. Guerra has a dead steady hand, is confident, honest and kept me comfortable throughout the entire drill; ha ha.... His assistant was magically intuitive and never missed a drop of drool. There were all kinds of cameras, cool tools, and lightning fast x-rays going on I couldn't believe it! It was a great experience! His costs are just above average, and options were provided. Every effort was made to answer all questions, check every insurance option, and provide Fantastic customer service. Like most people I'm sure, I'm never fond of going to the dentist..... But I'm looking forward to my next visit to Dr. Guerra. Steven H.

I was completly afraid of going to the dentist for my whole life. Most dentists don't have the "bedside manner" you would like so I was completily surprised (in a great way) how gentle he is. His office staff is wonderful as well. He has to have the nicest looking office in Colorado Springs. I now live in Denver but I drive an hour just to utilize Dr. Guerra because he is the best dentist I have ever gone to. No wonder he is the highest rated dentist in his area. If you do go to him you will never use another dentist. HE'S THE BEST!!!

If there is such a thing as looking forward to a dental appointment, then there is an opening at Dr. Guerra's! Jennifer at the front desk has done everything from advising me about my insurance benefits to listening to me cry when I lost a job.

The physical plant is pleasing, extremely neat and clean, and comfortable. The hygienists are wonderful and gentle. One of the dental assistants, Alison worked with Dr. on my new crown. The team they made was exquisite to watch; very efficient movements, like a ballet of instruments. She was pleasant, and explained everything going on. She even gave me a warm and comforting wash cloth to wash my mouth and hands after my treatment.

The Dr has incridible talent. I have never had a crown fit so well, and the margins were right at my gum line which made it look just like my tooth only prettier of course. I am having him replace all my crowns done by a previous dentist who left the margins open and decay had started. To me that is simply inexcusable for such expensive work. The Dr is always friendly, professional, and is always smiling. The shots he gave to me were very gentle and he would ask me several times during the treatment how I was doing.

After being unhappy with the front office of another dentist in the Springs I decided to try Dr. Guerra after seeing his reviews on Dr. Oogle. It was a great choice and I am extremely glad that I switched to him!

I've had two crowns, a root canal, and several cleanings from Dr. Guerra's office and have been extremely pleased with the experience and the results. The procedures have been professional and painless while Dr. Guerra and his entire staff are courteous, helpful, efficient, and friendly.

I especially appreciated the way that Dr. Guerra was able to fit me into his schedule twice on short notice while I was home on leave from Baghdad. He was also able to get a permanent crown made by the lab in record time so it could be put in before I had to return to Iraq. CS

My wife and I have had several different procedures performed over the years - all with complete success, including an emergency root canal! His billing staff provides excellent assistance working with our insurance provider.

Dr. Guerra and his staff are the most amazing people. They truly care about their patients. They provide exceptional comfort and quality. When I'm in the chair, I feel like Dr. Guerra's only patient. I have had a lot of work done by Dr. Guerra including 2 root canals w/ porcelain crowns. What makes the difference to me is knowing that Dr. Guerra cares enough to make personal phone calls to me to make sure I am feeling okay after any extensive work I've had done. He is extremely personable and understanding of his patients needs. Jennifer and Trini in the front office are also amazing! They have helped me with financial issues when I didn't have any insurance. Dr. Guerra's office participated in Give Kids a Smile Day, offering our elementary school students a day of free dental care. I cannot express how valuable this experience was for our mostly low-income families. The staff was pleasant and supportive of our children, and the entire visit was efficient and well-organized. I am a self diagnosed dental phob. I even have a dental background working in a dental office with 3 dentists for several years.

As far as I am concerned, Dr. Guerra is the best I have ever seen. He is funny, patient, caring, gentle and a perfectionist!
