I called doctor Miller's office on Friday morning after just having a section of my tooth fall out during breakfast. The office was very understanding and made an appointment for me for 1PM Monday. The facilities and staff were first rate. I was able to have Dr. Miller evaluate my situation (I needed a crown and also had decay in the adjoining tooth). He suggested that they do the crown and repair the adjoining tooth completely and immediately. This is what I had done. I felt that everyone did their best to make my experience as pleasant as possible.

I have been coming to this office for 12 years, the dentist has changed, but their overall appraoch hasn't. Dr. Miller has been at the office for a couple years now, and he is a very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. The whole staff is extraordinary. They are also quite friendly and understand a phrase once thought forgotten: "customer service."

The price isn't cheap, but I have always believed the you get what you pay for. You definitely get first class service there, at a competitive price. They don't try and 'screw' you out of your hard earned money, and you get treated right.

I came in for my 6month cleaning and check up. I had a lot of staining on my bottom teeth due to smoking and drinking a lot of coffee and they were able to get all of the stains off and make my teeth look beautiful. I really enjoy getting my teeth cleaned so we came up with a plan that I am going to come in every 4 months instead of 6 to get one more cleaning a year to keep my pearly whites. Dr. Miller is a great guy who can relate to his patients. He is funny, informative and kind.

About Hygienist: Nila is my hygienist and she is the best I have ever went to. She does an incrediable job cleaning my teeth and is very honest about how I should clean my teeth and be preventive. We have a lot in common and talk about fishing which makes me love coming to this office even more. My family and I have come to Dr. Miller's office since he came to this location in Colorado Springs. I have had extensive dental work done here at Dr. Miller's office and have had several implants. He has even replaced implants that were done by another dentist that were defective! I am very pleased to have been able to get these all done here at his office in one sitting without having to have to wait for crowns to come in from a lab, since all work for dental implants is done here at the same time as the appointment. Dr. Miller is very sure to have the work done well the first time, and will re-make a crown to fit if it doesn't fit perfectly the first time! I really appreciate the atmosphere of the office and the personell who work here. They are very professional and friendly. The reminder calls before appointment times and follow up calls from Dr. Miller himself have been very helpful as well! Being able to watch a movie or the Discovery Channel while work is being done in the chair is a great way to relax while the proceedures are done. Without a doubt, this is the best dental office I have ever been to. As a military spouse, I have visited several offices within Colorado Springs and found those to be poor to average in service and quality. I have had cleanings, fillings, veneers, a crown and finally, a root canal completed here. Every procedure was done at the highest of quality and standards. Any issues I had were addressed and solved immediately. The dental assistants/hygienists and front desk personnel are all very friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who's endured many dental procedures and mostly with great anxiety, I have to say that Dr. Miller has been one of the most kind, gentle and empathetic Dentist's I've dealt with. I have always experienced a lot of pain and discomfort with dental care. Lidocaine doesn't have much of an effect on me. Dr Miller uses a different pain killer and I felt nothing during my root canal. FANTASTIC!!!

I am a new patient, I have been terrified of dentists and have not been to any in 14 years. I went in feeling very nervous but the friendly staff made me feel perfectly comfortable. The building was warm and inviting inside and out and the staff was simply amazing.

I had my initial checkup done and a cleaning (not an easy task for the hygienist). during the checkup, doctor Miller made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have never been relaxed anywhere near a dentist before so I was quite surprised. He then sat with me and discussed treatment with me in a way that I could easily understand. He was professional and yet relaxed and easygoing. This made him easy to get comfortable with. He took the time to answer any questions I had and even used visual aids to explain what he was talking about. I have never left a dentist happy and yet, though my prognosis is a little more grim than I would have hoped, I feel happy to have found such a wonderful doctor. If you are viewing this to try and find a doctor stop now and go see doctor Miller. You will not be disappointed.

I have been with Dr Miller for 8 years now. I travel quite a distance because NO ONE else will ever touch my mouth. I think he has done every dental procedure in the book on me. I love my dentures for the first time in my life. They have never fit. Especially the lower. I tried 4 different offices before I came into Dr Millers office. He called me the day before my first appointment to see if I had any concerns or questions. No doctor has ever done that. My appointment was on time and simple. We talked about the different ways we could make my dentures fit better. He suggested implants. His implants are one half of the cost of the other doctors I had gone to. The ladies from his office talked money with me and it was very pleasant and relaxed. He placed 3 implants the next day and attached them to my dentures at the same time. No pain. None. Unequivocally the finest dentist I've had in over 40 yrs. Dr. Miller's facility is state of the art and his staff is beyond reproach on expertise, customer service, and good old fashion social skills. I had a crown and three filings done in 1 1/2 hours. The crown is not a temporary but a permanent that was manufactured on site. I experienced no pain or discomfort and I was able to see a movie with headphones while the procedure was taking place. This office is honest!!

I came from another dentist and learned there is a huge difference between "We will file your insurance for you" and being "a preferred provider for my insurance." Overall, cost out of pocket was about 5 times more at the other office. A friend told me about this office after I commented on how her smile really looked great. I went in for a evaluation and am so glad I did.

Dr Miller spent time explaining each treatment that was needed as well as why it was needed. I felt comfortable and that they had my goals in mind. They then broke the cost for each appointment down and explained what, where and why. It was so much less. We have done a lot of work and it has come out great. Actually,perfect in every way. They do great work. They treat people well and they are a "preferred provider" for my insurance. I trust them completely. Yes, I would send anyone here.

Dr Miller took me from an absolutely horrible smile to perfection!!! We started 2 years ago doing the most important areas just to remove decay and save the teeth. (I had neglected my mouth due to fear because of prior bad experiences.) He then placed dental implants and the teeth that go on them. Then we did the front cosmetic dentistry. From the beginning he said "Because of the shape and position of your teeth, I can do a good job but not a great job." He lied about that. : ) My teeth are absolutely perfect in every way! He frets over every tiny detail. I think the only person that ever notices the difference between good and great is him.

Every aspect of that office is wonderful. The ladies in the front are helpful; the assistants in the back are gentile and understanding; they value my time; the price was far less than other offices I have been to; and Dr Miller was so understanding of my desire for beautiful teeth and my fear of the dentist. I have sent friends and family there and every one has thanked me for it. It is hard to find a good dentist ( I know from experience).

I found Dr. Miller in the yellow pages and two things stood out in his ad. First, that he looked Honest and second , that he was a Better Business Bureau Member. I called the office and had an appointment within a week. The reason I had to find a dentist was that I have dentures and broke my top plate while on a business trip to California. On my first visit the Dr. did a consultation and checked out the damage. I needed new teeth and we both knew it. The second visit, I had laser surgery and a new impression taken. I was surprised how little pain I had. My third visit this morning was as easy as the last two. The new teeth will be ready next week and they look and feel great. I am really impressed with Dr. Miller and his staff. They have been most helpful and friendly. I really love the fact that he immediately puts his patients at ease. If you go see Dr. Miller you will no longer have any anxiety about dentists. He definitely cured mine. Now he has a new patient that will remain with him for many years to come. I finally got up the courage to go see a dentist after 4 years of avoiding them ( from previous bad experiences) and am SO glad that Dr. Miller is the one that I picked. I love this dentist. He made me happy to smile again. I went to 4 other dentists before I saw Dr Miller. They all made me feel terible by telling me that I should have taken better care of my teeth when I was younger. Duh. Then preached at me about taking better care of them now. They then acted like I needed to beg them to help me. Then told me what I needed without even asking what I wanted.

They didn't do any of that Millers office. The people were great. They are providers for my insurance. Dr Miller said all he cared about is where I am today and the treatment was based on where I want to be in 10 years. Not where he wanted me to be. They all listened and I understand why and how. I have had half of the work done. It is perfect. He is much more picky than I am. I am very happy with the results. A+++ Next are my implants.

I have been so impressed with the level of care and concern I have recieved from Dr Miller. It was dificult to find a dentist who is a provier (not just accepts) for my insurance and does a wonderful job in a great atmosphere. His staff is awsome. They have treated me so well, I even brought in bagles for them.

I let my teeth go and he set up a treatment plan to do them slowly over time. It took a while but it has come out perfect. I have had bad experiences in the past and will never leave that office. He said he would not retire for a long time and I am holding him to it. : )

About Hygienist: I recieved treatment from Ms Amanda. I have gum disease and it has taken 5 sessions to get me well. She did a great job and used a laser to remove all the infected tissue. No pain and I can see the difference when I brush. She better not retire either. : )

My family and I have been patients of Dr Millers since 2003. We have followed him to his new office. I have always been impressed with his bedside manor. He has been so understanding and helpful. All of the work he has done on my family and I (which has been a lot) has not had any problems and looks beautiful.

The new office is so nice and high tech. It has a feel to it that is not like any dental or medical office I have been to. The staff seems happy and relaxed. The customer service from everyone is wonderful. I have never had to wait. They always seem to be on time. I give it an A+ in every way. : )

I HATE DENTISTS!

Before I came to this office I absolutely dreaded going. I will forever be in debt to Dr Miller and the wonderful staff. We moved to Colorado Springs 3 years ago and I put off going because I knew there was work to do. It was simple, realaxing and easy. No one judged or spoke down to me because I had many problems. He listened, explained, gave me options and we set up a plan. Ms. Amanda, who cleaned my teeth, was very gentle and understanding. All the staff was so helpful in maximizing my insurance.
