Case Description
2 teeth extracted Oct 25, severe pain returned oct 28, ER 30 oct, 1 oct told "tough it out". C/o FB sensation, dental exam done "no teeth left there". Treated very poorly, 8/10 pain, 1-2 hours sleep per night. I just removed with hemostat a 2x3x1 mm piece of tooth from area, pain gone. I am so angry. Your opinion

Very difficult to comment without knowing the situation, specifics, etc. The piece you removed may have been a piece of bone which did not survive, again, difficult to comment without examining. Glad you're doing better now.
